Feb 2026 to now, London

An operating system for UK physiotherapy clinics: a voice agent, clinical and operational intelligence over the practice-management system, and an evidence layer, in one multi-tenant product. I own engineering, product, infrastructure, security and GDPR.

Ava, the voice agent. Twilio into ElevenLabs Conversational AI running Claude, with webhook tools into a TypeScript booking layer that writes to Cliniko and WriteUpp.
Pulse. Scores 579 patient records at the pilot clinic into lifecycle cohorts with a risk score each, and feeds a re-engagement queue.
Evidence. On-device RAG over open-weight models: Qwen, and a Gemma I distilled and fine-tuned for clinical reasoning. Multi-turn answers keep their sources; citations are built in code, never by the model.
Release gating. 300+ simulated-caller scenarios before each release. Below a 95% pass rate, or with any P0 failure, nothing ships.
Frontend. Next.js, React and TypeScript on a typed token layer, so every surface retints from one palette; WCAG contrast audited across nine routes in both themes.

Shippers Studio founder

Jan 2026 to now, London

My product studio: agent systems, web design and UI builds for clients and for my own ventures. Paying clients from the first month.

Driiva. React, Vite and Firebase web plus an Expo app over one identity layer, rebuilt and cut over in production behind a 535-test suite.
TradeMind. A voice-first operations app for UK electricians: live dictation into certificates, a compliance vault and Stripe Connect payouts. Scoped, built and handed over end to end.

Triage and caseload management for national insurer services, inside Meddbase and Citrix. Entered Bupa Accelerate 2026, the internal AI hackathon.
